  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, vanilla pudding mix, and sugar until well combined.
  3. Add in the eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices.

  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
