  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 4 slices of turkey bacon
  • 4 fresh sandwich rolls
  • 1 cup arugula
  • ½ cup garlic aioli
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the flank steak with salt and black pepper.
  3. Grill the steak for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked to your preferred level of doneness.
  4. While the steak is grilling, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
  5. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. Then slice it thinly against the grain.
  6. Toast the sandwich rolls on the grill for a minute.
  7. Assemble the sandwiches by spreading garlic aioli on both sides of the rolls, adding arugula, sliced steak, and crispy turkey bacon.
