Sour Cream Beef Noodle Casserole

A delicious sour cream beef noodle casserole that the whole family will love.

  • 12 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package directions; drain.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  4. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked noodles, beef, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
