- 2 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 1 cup frozen peas
- Season the beef with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the beef on all sides.
- Transfer the beef to the slow cooker.
- Add chopped onion, garlic, and beef broth to the slow cooker.
