  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink, then add crab meat and Italian seasoning. Stir to combine.
  5. In a baking dish, layer noodles, a mix of seafood, ricotta, marinara sauce, and mozzarella. Repeat layers, finishing with mozzarella and parmesan on top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
