  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy.
  3. Add the onions and sauté until translucent.
  4. In a large bowl, combine zucchini, cooked turkey bacon, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and beaten eggs.
  5. Stir in the bread crumbs until well mixed.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
