A savory twist on the classic Dutch baby, made with turkey bacon and cheddar.

  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, and salt until smooth.
  3. Stir in the cheddar cheese and crumbled turkey bacon.
  4. In a large oven-safe skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  5. Pour the batter into the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges begin to set.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
