1 pound breakfast sausage
6 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
12 slices cheddar cheese
12 slider rolls
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage until browned and crumbly.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture over the cooked sausage and stir until fully cooked.
Assemble the sliders by placing sausage and egg mixture on the bottom half of the slider rolls, adding a slice of cheese on top, and then covering with the top half of the rolls.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted.
