Instructions

  1. Heat the cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it simmers.
  2. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in the salted caramel sauce and sea salt.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for about 2 hours until firm.
  5. Use a melon baller or spoon to scoop out chocolate and form into balls.
  6. Roll each truffle in cocoa powder and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Chill again before serving.
