- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, heavy cream, milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into ramekins and place them in a baking dish.
