  • 100 grams pumpkin, diced
  • 100 grams mushrooms, sliced
  • 150 grams crispy turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add diced pumpkin and cook until tender.
  4. Stir in mushrooms and cook until soft.
  5. Add crispy bacon and mix well.
  6. Drain spaghetti and add to the pan, tossing to combine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.

Notes
