  • 200 grams spaghetti
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they begin to soften.
  4. Stir in pumpkin puree, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, cook turkey bacon in a separate pan until crispy. Crumble and set aside.
  6. Drain spaghetti and add to the pumpkin and mushroom sauce. Stir to combine.
  7. Serve topped with crumbled turkey bacon and grated Parmesan cheese.
