  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 1 cup mixed nuts (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, pumpkin puree, ground flaxseed, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Mix until well combined.
