- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, cottage cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter.
