- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
