  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped carrots

  • 1 medium onion, diced

  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in the carrots, potatoes, peas, beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.
