  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese and chopped basil.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then dip in eggs and coat with the cheese and basil mixture.
  5. Press the breadcrumbs onto the chicken cutlets.
