  • 8 ounces chicken ham
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 12 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 6 cups cubed bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
  3. Add the chicken ham, onions, and bell peppers to the skillet and sauté until soft.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the bread cubes, cheese, and the bacon-ham mixture to the egg mixture. Stir until combined.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  7. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  8. In the morning, bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes or until golden and set.
