Monte Cristo Breakfast Casserole

A delicious Monte Cristo Breakfast Casserole featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for brunch or breakfast.

  • 6 slices of bread
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 slices of turkey bacon
  • 4 slices of chicken ham
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish.
  3. Layer the bread slices at the bottom of the dish.
  4. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop.
  5. Layer the chopped turkey bacon and chicken ham over the bread.
  6. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  7. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and ham layers.
  8. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden brown.
