  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake meatballs in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. In a saucepan, combine beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer.
  6. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
  7. Add the slurry to the broth and stir until thickened.
  8. Serve meatballs topped with gravy.
