- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place them on a baking sheet.

- In a saucepan, combine beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
- Add the slurry to the broth and stir until thickened.
- Serve meatballs topped with gravy.
