  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the dates lengthwise and remove the pit.
  3. In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
  4. Stuff each date with the mascarpone mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed dates on a baking sheet and drizzle a little maple syrup over the top.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until warm and slightly golden.
  7. Serve immediately, drizzled with extra maple syrup if desired.
