Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers and melted butter together, then press into the bottom of a loaf pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and eggs, mixing until fully incorporated.
  5. Fold in the sour cream and flour gently until just combined.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set and slightly jiggly.
  8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
