  • 1 lb turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, cook the onions and bell peppers until soft.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and shredded mozzarella until well combined.
  4. Add the cooked vegetables, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the cheese mixture.
  5. Spread the turkey bacon on the baking sheet and place a spoonful of the cheese mixture on top of each slice.
  6. Roll the turkey bacon around the cheese mixture and secure with a toothpick if needed.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
