Hot Honey Chicken Bowl

A delicious and spicy Hot Honey Chicken Bowl that is both juicy and easy to make at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken thighs in hot honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then cook the marinated chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken from pan and let it rest before slicing.
  4. Sauté mixed vegetables in the same pan until tender.
  5. To assemble, place cooked rice in a bowl, top with sliced chicken and sautéed vegetables, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Notes

  • For added spice, adjust the amount of hot honey to your preference.
