Honey Garlic Ground Beef and Broccoli

A quick and delicious recipe combining ground beef and broccoli in a sweet honey garlic sauce.

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups cooked rice (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  2. Stir in garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. Add broccoli florets and cook until tender.
  4. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper. Pour over the beef and broccoli mixture.
  5. Stir well and cook for another 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
  7. Serve over cooked rice.
