- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
