  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and green bell peppers, sauté until soft.
  3. Add sliced beef to the skillet, cooking until browned. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a large pot, combine cream cheese, provolone, mozzarella, and milk over low heat until melted and smooth.
  5. Stir in the cooked macaroni and meat mixture until well combined.
