  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups seafood mix (such as shrimp, scallops, and white fish)
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups potatoes, diced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  2. Add the onion and garlic to the pot and sauté until soft.
  3. Stir in the chicken ham and seafood mix, cooking for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the potatoes and chicken broth, bringing it to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with turkey bacon.
