Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, pumpkin puree, honey, almond butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Add in the cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, and salt, and stir until just incorporated.
