  • 4 medium zucchinis
  • 8 ounces goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Slice the zucchinis lengthwise into quarters.
  3. Brush the zucchini with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the zucchini on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until grill marks appear and they are tender.
  5. Remove the zucchini from the grill and let cool slightly.
  6. Top each piece with goat cheese, chopped basil, and a drizzle of honey.
