  • 1 pound sirloin steak, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced sirloin steak and cook until browned.
  4. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until the vegetables are soft.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, then stir in the cooked tortellini.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with provolone and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Garnish with parsley before serving.
