- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 cup gluten-free oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
