  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Marinate the pork with ginger, lime juice, soy sauce, and honey for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions, using coconut milk instead of water.
  3. Grill the pork over medium-high heat until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
