  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in rice and beef broth, then bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.
  6. Stir in cheddar and parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
