- 2 lobster tails
- 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 shallot, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil the lobster tails in salted water for 8-10 minutes, then remove the meat and chop it into small pieces.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the shallot and cook until soft.
- Add the chopped lobster meat and turkey bacon to the skillet, cooking for a few minutes.
- Stir in the white wine, Dijon mustard, and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix in the Parmesan cheese and remove from heat.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and top with additional cheese if desired.
