  • 2 lobster tails
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil the lobster tails in salted water for 8-10 minutes, then remove the meat and chop it into small pieces.
  3. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the shallot and cook until soft.
  4. Add the chopped lobster meat and turkey bacon to the skillet, cooking for a few minutes.
  5. Stir in the white wine, Dijon mustard, and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Mix in the Parmesan cheese and remove from heat.
  7. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and top with additional cheese if desired.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
