  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 ounces chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
