A delicious and healthy twist on traditional egg rolls featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces turkey bacon
  • 8 ounces chicken ham
  • 4 cups coleslaw mix
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy.
  2. Add the chicken ham and cook until heated through.
  3. Stir in the coleslaw mix, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ground ginger, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the coleslaw is tender.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes

  • This dish can be served alone or over rice for a more filling meal.
  • Substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon if preferred.
