  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the carrot sticks with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the carrots.
