Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis into rounds and place them in a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the olive oil to the zucchinis and toss to coat.
