- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside; leave the drippings in the pot.
