- 4 fillets salmon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 lemons (juiced and zested)
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)

- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
