  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 2 lemons (juiced and zested)

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in the skillet.
  3. Cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
