  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the sliced chicken. Season with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Cook the chicken until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Add the shredded mozzarella cheese and let it melt.
  5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  6. Finish with chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
