  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix flour and powdered sugar with the butter to form a crumbly dough.
  3. Press the dough into the bottom of the prepared dish and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, eggs, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  5. Fold in the cranberries and pour the mixture over the baked crust.
  6. Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until set.
