- 2 Cornish hens
- 1 cup rice
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
