- 4 bell peppers
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey and turkey bacon until browned.
- Add the cooked rice, chicken ham, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder to the skillet and mix well.
- Stuff each bell pepper with the turkey mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
