Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed; be careful not to overmix.
  5. Fold in the colorful sprinkles.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
