2 cups cooked wild rice
1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup carrots, diced
1 onion, chopped
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup cream of mushroom soup
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onions, celery, and carrots until tender.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked wild rice, chicken, sautéed vegetables, chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
Notes
