Cheesy Taco Pasta

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.
  3. Add the taco seasoning and diced tomatoes to the skillet.
  4. Mix in the cooked macaroni and half of the cheese.
  5. Top with remaining cheese and allow to melt before serving.

Notes

  • For extra spice, add jalapeños.
  • Serve with sour cream and cilantro for garnish.
