  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through.
