2 cups rotini pasta
1 pound chicken breast, diced
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add the cooked rotini and mix well.
Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and combined. Adjust seasoning as necessary.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For extra spice, add more Cajun seasoning.
