- 1 package tortellini
- 1 pound steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the onion and bell pepper until softened.
- Add the garlic and steak; cook until the steak is browned.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add provolone cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
