  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the onion and bell pepper until softened.
  3. Add the garlic and steak; cook until the steak is browned.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add provolone cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
