Cheesesteak Tortellini in Creamy Provolone Sauce

  • 1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onions and bell peppers and sauté until they are soft.
  3. Add the garlic and ribeye steak to the skillet and cook until the steak is browned.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and shredded provolone cheese, and cook until the sauce is creamy.
  5. Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
